Mid October and six of our leaders and senior members attended a weekend Search Management Course at GMP’s training school, alongside GMP Search Managers (Missing Persons) and senior personnel from the Oldham and Rossendale Teams. Less than 2 days later we were putting theory into practice, with a search for a missing Ainsworth girl, which attracted massive publicity.
