A further 8 team members paid another visit to the headquarters of the North West Air Ambulance, at Blackpool Airport today, to learn about the aircraft, its capabilities, and how to operate around it. We frequently work alongside the air ambulance when dealing with incidents, so an understanding of the aircraft & operational procedures plays an important part in our training.
