At Tigers Clough, in Horwich, a casualty had come off a rope swing and landed head first, further fracturing both his left and right radius & ulna (forearm). We were called and assisted the GMAS and Helimed crew with the stretcher carry out of the clough, to the nearby waiting air ambulance.
