We have also received a donation of £50 from the organisers of the “Pike View Hike”, a new annual event for young scouters, which was held in the Rivington & Anglezarke area in April of this year. The team provided an all day standby rescue cover for the 11 mile hike, as well as running kit inspections for all the teams at the start of the event.
