Well, on this very busy day Ruth Kelly MP came along to visit the base and find out more about what the Team does. Ruth is unable to attend the opening on Sunday and arranged to meet today with Tony McNally (Chairman), Garry Rhodes (Team Leader) & Geoff Seddon (Deputy Team Leader).

Ruth was then introduced to Derek Cartwright (GMAS Director Of Operations) and found out how the Team interacts with GMAS on the many varied incidents we are called to provide assistance to GMAS.
