A Sunny Sunday saw the team host a display and collection day at the Rivington Hall Barn. As usual the Barn was very busy, but fortunately the team was quiet on the incident side of things. This enabled us to chat with the many members of the public who see us go by on “blues and twos”. A lot of interest was generated, from donations that keep coming in via the leaflets given out on the day, to letters of interest in becoming a part of the team. We would like to thank Mr Salmon and all his staff at “The Barn” who went out of their way to help, and all the customers and visitors who kindly donated. The grand sum of £120.90 was collected.
