Thanks to the kind discount offered by Panorama Antennas, with particular thanks to Stuart Gray, their general Manager, the team has been able to purchase enough Mag Mount aerials to equip all 44x operational members. This means team members will now be able to monitor team radio traffic whilst responding to Call Outs, by linking their handsets up to these roof mounted (detachable) aerials. In addition to this, our Leaders also have radio handsets, linked to mag mount aerials, on Ambulance frequencies, enabling direct contact between the Leaders and Ambulance Control, at all stages of a team response. (all four of our team vehicles are also equipped the same)
