Supporters of the team will recall that for a long time prior to our move to GMFRS Bolton Fire Station and GMAS Ladybridge Hall, the team enjoyed the excellent facility of being able to park our team vehicles and trailers securely within the works car park compound area of the CMB factory site at Westhoughton (where team member Mike Marsh worked at the time). With the closure of the factory, and redevelopment of the site we had to move to pastures new. CMB however, have not forgotten us, for through their parent holding company, Crown Packaging UK, we have received a fantastic £390.00 donation, arising from residual monies in the CMB Westhoughton Charities Account. We are all extremely grateful to all our friends at CMB for remembering us in this kind and generous way.
