The team was delighted to be invited to 25th Warrington East Scouts to receive a cheque after being made their Christmas charity. In March each troop member was given a collection tin to try and raise money on our behalf. The total amount raised was a fantastic £239.17 of which one troop member managed to raise nearly £50 on his own. As a reward for his endeavours, we have decided to make this young man a “Mountain Rescuer” for a day where he will come and join the team at our base and see how everything works. You never know, we may have found a future team leader!
