Following an assesssment of the seven potential new team members who turned up for the Sunday November 21st Introductory session, the team has now selected one of those present to commence training over the next two months, as a probationary team member.
Many factors had to be taken into account regards this selection, with factors such as the important all round hill and mountain experience having to be considered, alongside availability for training, call outs and fund raising commitments.
Following this Probation period, if still deemed “ok ” the person chosen will then be invited to join the team as a Trainee Team Member, for a minimum 12 month period, prior to being accepted as a full team member.
