We received today a Christmas card, “Best Wishes” and a donation of £20.00 from our dear friends Deborah Garlick and her husband John, of Warrington. Some readers may recall seeing Deborah on Granada TV, regarding our new base opening back in April this year, when she gave thanks to the team for rescuing her at Rivington, following a sledging accident when she suffered a spinal injury way back in January 1996. Now fully recovered, Deborah and her husband regularly keep in touch with the team.
