We received today a Christmas card and a £10 donation from a very good friend of the team, Mrs. Phyllis Horner of Adlington, Chorley (and her husband, Stan). Readers of the website may recall we rescued Phyllis back in August 2003, when she dislocated her knee whilst out on a walk in the Rivington area. Both Phyllis and Stan keep in regular contact with the team and have made previous gratefully received donations.
