The team was asked to respond to an elderly lady who had fallen while at home. Bolton Mobile 1 was dispatched to the scene to find an elderly lady who had suffered a fall and had suspected damage to her hip and neck of femur. As she was in an awkward position further assistance was requested. Bolton Mobile 4 was sent to the incident and it required the skills of all 7 personnel on scene to safely and comfortably extract the lady from her home to hospital.
