Tonight our Communications Officer Dave Healey, who seemed to be in a good mood, was seen to be giving away kit left, right & centre to Ray Milne of Cheshire Lowland Search & Rescue Team. Today Dave gave Cheshire some base antennas and vehicle/base radios which are now surplus to our requirements. With the promise of possibly some more equipment to come, as Pam, Ray’s wife said to Dave ’Boy are we happy to have met you !’, our friendship with our Lowland colleagues grows stronger each day.
