Tonight four Team members travelled to Wigan to present a lecture to the British Horse Society in The Tudor Inn. The presentation was well received by the group and was followed by a lecture from Anita Knagg regarding the wearing of hi-viz clothing.

After the lecture the Team was invited to join in with a hot pot supper, and were then presented with the generous sum of £100 which was raised by a raffle held during the course of the evening.

As well as the kind donation, the Team members left the lecture armed with a large tray of the hot pot – we were very grateful for this when we returned back to base after a search which carried on into the small hours of the morning (see #article#1024#link#)
