Deputy Team Leader, Geoff Seddon, together with colleagues from our sister Teams
from the Mid Pennine Search & Rescue Organisation, journeyed to Rossendale & Pendle MRT HQ to meet Ewan Thomas, the National Water Officer of Mountain Rescue (England & Wales).

The meeting was to meet Ewan and discuss and hopefuly progress water safety and water rescue techniques within Mountain Rescue.

Ewan was up in the Mid Pennine region during a fact finding tour of MR Regions to gain an overall view of what each MR Team does with regards to water rescues.
