Organised by Horwich RMI Harriers and Athletics Club, and forming part of the Horwich Carnival Race series, this Fell Race takes in a course that commences in Horwich, ascends through Wilderswood and Wilders Moor and onto Adam Hill and White Brow, thence to Two Lads summit and descends back into Horwich.

The Senior Race, commencing at 19:30 attracted 207 runners, all of whom completed the event without incident.

As in previous years the Team was on hand to provide back up to the marshalls at the various marshall points and to provide standby rescue cover in case of any incident.

Thirty team members attended the event. The event on this pleasant summers evening, passed without incident – except for a small number of minor injuries at the event finish, dealt with by Team members.
