Today the team received a large number of donations, totalling £220.00, in the memory of the late Ernest Marsden, who died on 3rd June 2008 aged 84 years.

Ernest, the devoted and loving husband of the late Joan Marsden, died in hospital and his funeral service took place on Monday 9th June at Astley Bridge Methodist Church, followed by commital at Overdale West Chapel.

The teams condolences are extended to the two sons of the late Ernest, his family, friends and colleagues.
