Donation from the Province of East Lancashire, Bolton & Farnworth District Freemasons
This evening, Honorary Life Vice President Tony McNally was invited to attend the Third Annual Charity Giving Evening of the Province of East Lancashire, Bolton & Farnworth District, 2009 presentation.
The evening involved generous donations to 42 charities and worthy causes, with £27,623 in total given on the night.
This charity giving evening was held at Bolton Masonic Hall, Institute Street, Bolton, and commenced at 6:30PM with light refreshments kindly provided.
On the evening, the team was given a very generous £220.00 donation from the Bolton Lodge 6603, of the Province of East Lancashire Bolton & Farnworth Freemasons.
As with all other groups present, Tony was then invited to give a short presentation on the work of the Bolton MRT to those attending the evening, and in thanks for the donation, Tony then presented the Province of East Lancashire, Bolton & Farnworth Masons with a team plaque.
Present on the evening was the Guest of Honour, The Mayor of Bolton, Councillor Anthony Connell.
Considerable interest was shown throughout the evening on the work of the team, with Tony answering many questions from the many persons present at this wonderfully kind evening.
The team would like to extend its fullest and sincere thanks to all at the Province of East Lancashire, and the Freemasons of Bolton & Farnworth Lodges.
