Wednesday welcome to another former team member
Well last week we welcomed former team call out list member Gillian Leigh back to the team for a visit, this week it was the turn of former team call out list member Jonathan Holt of Tyldesley to visit the team.
Jonathan joined the team in April 1997, leaving in May 2007.
During this time Jonathan a climber and mountain biker, became a valued rope rescue expert within the team, and served on the Team Council as our Equipment Officer with responsibilities for our stretchers and rope rescue equipment.
As with last week, this evening was a ’back to basics’ MRT team kit session, and again as per last week two members of our Support Group acted the part of ’willing exercise casualties’ for our members to try out various splints, straps and first aid dressings on, so a big thanks to Gillian Gregory and Iain Clarkson.
(oh and by the way, Gillian Leigh came along again this week, as she enjoyed herself so much last week)
