Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

2nd March 2010

This evening twenty Cubs and nine Leaders and parents visited our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ for a look around and a demonstration of our search and rescue equipment and team vehicles garaged at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ.

All were from St. Joseph’s Cub Scout pack, Bolton Road, Darwen, and had kindly popped over the moors to visit us.

Very experienced Team Call Out List member Chris Tennant greeted all our interested visitors, with help from Trainee Team member Tony Woods and Probationary Team member Helen Rigby.

At the end of their visit St. Joseph’s Cub Scout Pack very kindly donated £25.00 to the team, along with a selection box of assorted biscuits. (yummy)
