This evening the team played host to a visit by fourteen Guides and their two Leaders from the 58th Bolton Christ Church Walmsley Guides (Egerton).

They were met by experienced Team Call Out list members Gill Leigh and Fred Taylor. Four of our new Probationary team members also attended, John Dickinson, Naomi Horan, Kris Kilshaw and Carly Raines.

Their visit took in the usual team search and rescue kit demonstrations but also included talks on hypothermia, what to do if you get lost, and other hill safety tips.

All had a go at CPR with our Resus Mannikins, before it was time to say thanks and depart, with a very kind promise that a donation from the 58th Bolton Christ Church Walmsley Guides (Egerton) would be forthcoming.
