Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

2nd February 2011

Last year In January 2010, the team took on eleven Probationary Team members, who then went on to become Trainee team members for a twelve month period with the team.

Over the course of one year, once the realities of the commitment and dedication to the team had fully set in, the eleven became four, as work demands and family commitments reduced the numbers of Trainee Team members.

Today we are happy to announce that all four Trainee Team members who remained with us have been accepted as Full Call Out List Operational Team members, having very clearly demonstrated their tremendous personal commitment and dedication to the work of the team over the last twelve months.

The four are Martin Banks, aged 38 of Horwich, a HR Manager, Steven O’Hara, 44, a Community Support Team Leader from Farnworth, Nick Berry aged 36, from Wigan, in Outdoor Sales, and last but not least John Fletcher aged 22 of Chorley, a self employed Electrician.

All are now fully welcomed into Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
