From Karon Forster, the casualty involved in a recent climbing accident at Cadshaw Castle Rocks crag, to which the team responded;

I couldn’t help but empathise with so many of the comments from the sponsors and presenters regarding the amazing individuals in the Team, the well-administered website and the kind acknowledgements. I have to agree, you all totally deserve the great equipment you all now have at your disposal, particularly from my perspective as a recent ’customer’!

Kenny – thought the guy in the stretcher got a rough deal on the night….. (He was impressed, nevertheless by the Headquarters).

As it was around 6:50 when we arrived (accident on M60) I didn’t get to thank all the individuals involved on Good Friday. This would include Steve Fletcher and also Derek Cartwright of the NWAS. I would be extremely grateful if my gratitude and apologies for not thanking them in person on the night, could be passed on. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if there is anyone I have missed. I do appreciate how busy you all are.

I hope the fires have been brought under control and the Team have some respite. Hope you all enjoy the scones we left. (Webmaster; “We did, eating them on Incident 35, the fire at Anglezarke, and very nice too !”)
