On Thursday 28th July 2011, the team hosted a visit to our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ by GMP Bolton Division Police Cadets (See website news report dated the same)
Today our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE received a very kind letter of thanks from PC 7899 Trish Shepherd, one of the Instructors / Helpers with the Police Cadets, who commented inside;
“On behalf of Bolton Police Cadets can I thank you for the day we spent with you. Your staff were fantastic with the young people and the Cadets came away knowing a great deal about your role and how dedicated you all are. Many Thanks, Pc 7899 Trish Shepherd.”
The team is pleased to be associated with the GMP Police Cadet scheme, and has worked with the young volunteer Cadets over a number of years now, and fully supports them in their enthusiasm and interest in a possible future career within the Police Force.
