In February of this year our Team Secretary Gillian Gregory was contacted by Justine Riding at Carroll UK, Insurance Brokers of Bolton, with a request for a collecting tin. She explained that on the last Friday of every month the staff are allowed to wear jeans and charged £1 each for the luxury. They then choose a local charity to benefit from the fundraising for a few months and Bolton Mountain Rescue Team was their current choice.

We are pleased to report today that last week our Team Secretary Gillian Gregory called to collect the tin and a much appreciated sum of £57.74 had been raised. So from all in the team a big thank you to the employees of Carroll UK for donning your jeans for Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
