Team invited to attend Greater Manchester Area Chain of Survival Partnership Steering Group Meeting
This afternoon our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE attended the Greater Manchester Area Chain of Survival Partnership Group Meeting, facilitated and organised by NWAS NHS Trust, at NWAS Ladybridge Hall Headquarters, Bolton.
Essentially the group consists of those with an involvement in the ‘Chain of Survival’ including Basic Emergency Life Support, use of Automated External Defibrillators, the provision of Advanced Life Support Trained Responders available to support Emergency Ambulance crews and public awareness of such, amongst other related matters.
Representatives present at todays meeting included the British Heart Foundation, Bolton Wanderers Football Club, the British Red Cross, Rochdale Link for Life, Manchester University, and NWAS, alongside other organisations and bodies.
