Further kind donations in memory of the late Mrs Edith Forest
On Tuesday 23rd December 2014, we reported within the ‘News’ section of our website that existing
team member and former Team Treasurer Mark Scott, had received in the post via Relph’s Funeral Service of Bolton, a large number of donations all made in the memory of the late Mrs Edith Forest, of we believe Bromley, Kent.
These very thoughtful donations, made at the funeral of Mrs Forest, totalled £220.00, a wonderful amount to her lasting memory.
Today we can report that Mark Scott has received two further donations from Relph’s Funeral Service, in memory of Mrs Edith Forest, both of £10.00 each.
This means we have now received thoughtful donations in her memory totalling £240.00.
The entire team membership extends its sincere condolences to Mr Rodney Forest, the son of Edith, and to the many family, friends and colleagues who made so many kind donations in Edith’s memory, to the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
Please also see website ‘news’ report dated Wednesday 17th December 2008 and Tuesday 23rd December 2014.
Webmaster; Apologies if we have the spelling of Mrs Forest’s name incorrect.
Relph’s Funeral Service have informed us it is spelt Mrs Forest, whereas our earlier records of 2008, show it to be Mrs Forrest – may we once again apologise if we have the spelling incorrect.
