On Good Friday 22nd April 2011, we went to the rescue, alongside NWAA Helimed, Lancashire Constabulary and NWAS, of Karon Forster who had fallen whilst rock climbing in the company of her two young daughters and husband, at Cadshaw Castle Rocks.
