Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

11th October 2010

This evening former Team member and ex Team Training Officer Andy Ryding, very experienced Team member Mike Marsh and our newly elected to post Equipment Officer (Communications and Lighting) Paul Brain, all journeyed to the Scout Hut on Wright Street, Chorley, in a Team Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulance to give a presentation on the work of the team.

Their talk on the work of the team was very well received, with a £30.00 group donation being quickly followed by individual donations totaling £25.00.

The team extends its thanks to all members of Chorley Scout Fellowship for their very kind and appreciated support of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.

(Ps Mike Marsh is currently a Scout Leader, and has been in the Scouts since the Cubs, Paul Brain is an ex Scout)
