This morning at the start of our standby for NWAS, we found that the emergency sirens on our BM1 Landrover Ambulance vehicle were inoperable.

We were unable to fix them ourselves, and with thanks NWAS (Manchester) Control agreed to their on-call mechanic being sent to our Ladybridge Hall base to attempt a repair.

Unfortunately such a repair was not possible and we are seeking the necessary spare parts tomorrow.
