This evening the team held a Special General Meeting at the start of its usual outdoor exercise to elect an Equipment Officer (Stretchers and Rope Rescue) to the team council as a result of the previous elected postholder, Gyles Denn having to leave the team recently due to changed personal and work circumstances.

Experienced team call out list member Fred Taylor was elected by the membership to the post. (Fred is no stranger to the team council having previously served on the council as the teams Training Officer.)
