In the evening, the team was contacted by GMP regards assistance in the search for an elderly man, reported missing to the Police early tea time, the same day. As our Team Leader was preparing to meet with a Police Missing Person Search Manager, and the rest of the team was put on immediate stand – by, including team vehicles and our Control trailer being made ready, news came in that the man had been found by a member of the public, and had been admitted to hospital.
