Following a successful initial evaluation, the team has purchased more PULSELITE high conspicuity garments from AEROSAFE of Somerset, with different coloured lettering on the garments and their respective LEDs (stitched into the garments), identifying our Leader and Deputy leaders (blue LEDs), Party leaders (red LEDs) and Search Dog handlers (yellow LEDs). With thanks to Colin Mason at Aerosafe, a search dog “dogcoat” is being made up to trial within the team, incorporating LEDs. We are the only UK MRT to be equipped at present with these innovative garments.
