We are pleased to have received the following very kind comments via our Facebook pages, in regards to our involvement in Incident 79 of Sunday 7th September 2014, when we dealt, alongside NWAS and NWAA, with a seriously injured mountain biker at Roddlesworth ;

“Just like to say a massive thank you to all involved in Bolton Mountain Rescue Team who were involved on Sunday.

The rider involved is my dad and he is recovering well in hospital and will hopefully come home tomorrow.

He has fractured his neck and broken a few ribs.

He asked me to thank you for the high level of care that you all gave him, ensuring that his injuries were kept to a minimum.
