For many years now the team has sent representatives and a vehicle to the annual Darwen Gala, with this year being no exception.

Unfortunately the weather was unseasonally wet and cold, which greatly affected the visitors to the Gala, and prevented the four team members present from even getting any kit out of the Team Landrover Ambulance, such was the heavy rain. Well at least those colleagues of ours at the RNLI charity tent felt at home in the wet!

Hopefully the sun will be shining for next year’s Darwen Gala event.
